How do I make a complaint?
At EAS we always endeavour to give customers the best service possible. However, if you feel we’ve made a mistake and you would like to make a complaint, there’s a simple process you can follow. Please email our Customer Care Team firstname.lastname@example.org. All EAS Customer Service Advisers are fully trained to deal with complaints in a professional and sensitive way. We will reply to you within three working days and explain the steps we’re going to take. Rest assured that resolving your complaint matters to us.
